Membership Application  









You may download the application below, complete it and bring it in to the Credit Union. To become a
member, a one-time $5.00 joining fee for adults and a $2.50 fee for children, 17 years of age or younger is
required. In addition, you must open a Share Account with a minimum deposit of $25.00. Two (2) forms of
identification is required to open a Share Account. Other regulations may apply, but space does not allow
for full disclosure. Full disclosure is available upon request and upon joining.

You may download the application below, complete it and bring it in to the Credit Union.  A $3.50 loan
application fee may be is required, either by direct payment or draft from your Share Account. Additional
restrictions apply; additional information may be requested to complete the loan process.
