information, call your Credit Union at (713) 852-1459. This Rate and Fee Schedule and
Account Disclosure sets forth certain conditions, rates, fees and charges applicable to your
Share (Savings) Accounts and Club Accounts at Brentwood Baptist Church Federal Credit
Union and is incorporated as part of your Account Agreement with us.

Loan Rates
SAVINGS (SHARE) SECURED  - Up to 90% of share balance - 6.50 APR%
SIGNATURE LOANS  - $100 & up 13.00% to 18.00% APR
Auto Loans
3.99% to 16.99% APR for new
4.25% to 17.25% APR for used

Fee Schedule
  • Returned Check Fee - $25 if a check is returned
    Loan Late Charge - $25 if loan payment is 15 or more days late from the due date
  • Collection Agency Fees - all costs of collecting the amount you owe including court
    costs
  • Collection Attorney Fees - all costs of collecting the amount you owe including court
    costs and reasonable attorney fees
  • Auto Repo Fees - all cost of repossession of the automobile including towing,
    storage, court cost and reasonable attorney fees
